Dear Backers
I'm packing up everyone's rewards and will be shipping them out over the next week or so. And you'll all be getting a couple of extras. All physical backers were supposed to get a random trading card. When I ordered the cards though, the first set came back on flimsier paper and had poor margining. I of course complained and got a much better set of cards. So in addition to the high quality card, you'll also find a flimsier card (I tried to make sure each card was different). They'll be behind the backer for your comic.
Those of you who ordered a complete set will receive them in plastic sleeves like below:
Everyone will also get this B&W ashcan of SAMSON. After the Kickstarter for it failed to fund, I decided to print up the ashcan just like they did back in the 1970s and I'm going to give it out in hopes people will be excited for the relaunch next year.
I hope you'll check it out and if you like it, consider backing on the relaunch.

Dear Backers,
I'd always wanted to do a cosplay cover, but how do you get a shark to cosplay? Perhaps by obtaining the rights to use one of the best shark photos of all time! For Shark of War #7, I've licensed photographer Chris Fallows amazing 2018 photo of a shark breach off of Seal Island in False Bay Africa!
It almost looks like he (it could be a she - I can't tell) is going to fly off just like Gnasher would.
I think this is going to be the pic every shark lover will want so please go to Shark of War Kickstarter and signup for notification.
(Note to the squeamish - that's a seal decoy, not an actual seal).

Shark of War #7 Base Cover Reveal

Dear Backers,
Shark of War #7 is getting closer to launch and I wanted to do the base cover reveal by interior artist Samuel X. Viascan. Here we see Gnasher about to chomp on our story's heroine (or is he) while the Whales of War move in for the kill.
As always, I'm going to be doing a Jaws tribute cover (but not the Jaws movie you're thinking of). Next week, I'll be sharing the ashcan for this book with you so as always, you can try before you buy. Then with luck, I'll be launching in November.
In the meantime, you can get Shark of War 1-6 as part of the Kickstarter for my latest book, SAMSON. There's only a week left and it could use some help. As with all my books - try before you buy and read the ASHCAN.
